Instructions for CNC assembly tools
1. Instructions on using the dial indicator:
Hydraulic plum bolts should be locked clockwise to prevent hydraulic type 0 burst. Take the meter reading no more than 5 silk (0.05mm). After the use of the dial gauge should be placed in the specified position, safety protection, to avoid loss of precision.
2. Description of torque wrench:
Different locking positions require different values of torque. Set the corresponding torque value before use, and then stop twisting when hearing "crunch" when pulling.
3. Instructions of marble test ruler:
The marble measuring tape is a precision measuring device. It should be handled and put gently when being used.
4. Description of marble inspection platform:
The marble inspection platform is a precision measuring platform, which is specially used for measuring the screw rod, sliding plate, motor seat and nut seat. It is prohibited to place other foreign objects, reduce friction, and forbid hard objects to knock collision and other events.
5. Protection instructions of ball groove of sliding block:
During the whole installation process, the guide sliding block should be removed from the guide rail and put aside for use. It should be noted that after the removal, the plastic retaining plate should be installed in the bead groove to avoid ball dropping.
